Personally signed hardcover copies purchased directly through this website are final sale, except when the item received is damaged or the incorrect item was shipped.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us promptly at lmcnair43@aol.com with your name, order information, and a description of the issue. We may request photographs or other reasonable documentation so that we can resolve the matter.
Approved remedies may include replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

At this time, personally signed books purchased directly through this website are available for shipment within the United States only.
